- Removing of Manual Hand lever / wheel / Gear Box from the valve body.
- Dimensions of Valve Stem / yoke for linear valves to design the mounting bracket
- Dimensions / PCD of Mounting Pad & shaft detail for rotary valves to design the mounting bracket
- Thrust or torque values to design the actuators.
- After fixing the actuators on the valve body, 100% actuators are being checked at required pressure.
- For On-Off Application, recommended Accessories shall be Solenoid Valve, Limit Switch and Air Filter Regulator.
- For Regulating Application, recommended Accessories shall be Positioners (Electro Pneumatic Positioners, Smart Positioners) and Air Filter Regulators. (Volume Boosters and Air Lock Relay shall be fitted on specific requirement).
- Manual Valves to Pneumatic Actuated valves conversion shall be possible in Ball Valves,
- Butterfly Valves, Plug Valves, Gate valves, Globe Valves and Knife Gate Valves.
