- Removing of Manual Hand lever / wheel / Gear Box from the valve body.
- Dimensions of Valve Stem / yoke for linear valves to design the mounting bracket
- Dimensions / PCD of Mounting Pad & shaft detail for rotary valves to design the mounting bracket
- Thrust or torque values to design the actuators.
- After fixing the actuators on the valve body,100% actuators are being checked at required pressure.
- For On-Off Application, Actuator shall be supplied with Auxiliary switches.
- For Control Application, Actuator shall be supplied with Positioner Input 4-20mA and feedback transmitter Output 4-20mA.
- Manual Valves to Electrical Actuated valves conversion shall be possible in Ball Valves, Butterfly Valves, Plug Valves, Gate Valves, Globe Valves and Knife Gate Valves.
