- Received positioners (Pneumatic / Electro Pneumatic / Smart) shall be mount on actuators to check the positioner operation.
- Based on assessment, required spares are listed out with estimate shall be send to customer for approval.
- On receipt of PO confirmation, spares being arranged.
- Positioner internals being cleaned properly and assembled with new spare repair kits.
- On completion of assembled positioner is being tested as per test procedure
- Positioner calibration certificate has been made for traceability.
