- Received On-off / Regulating Valves shall be checked thoroughly with dimensions.
- Valve operations will be checked with the required Air Pressure.
- Based on assessment, required spares and accessories with service estimate shall be sent to customer for approval.
- On receipt of PO Confirmation, required spares and accessories being arranged.
- Valve Body actuator and all the internal parts are being cleaned properly and assembled with new spare repair kits.
- On completion of assembly the valve is being tested at required air pressure as per test procedure.
- For all serviced valves test certificate had been made for traceability.
